My FamilyHealth
Effective date: 7 May 2026 · Last updated: 7 May 2026
Your health information stays on your phone. We don't keep a copy. If you want a backup, you can save it to your own Google Drive — only you can see it there.
My FamilyHealth is a health notebook on your phone. It was built by a Family Medicine doctor. You can use it to track your blood pressure, blood sugar, asthma, medicines, exercise, and clinic visits — for yourself and your family.
This is not medical advice. The app helps you keep track. It can't replace your doctor. Please see a doctor for any health decisions.
| What | Where it lives |
|---|---|
| Your readings (BP, sugar, asthma, medicines, exercise) | On your phone |
| Your photos and notes | On your phone |
| Your reminder settings and times | On your phone |
| Your sign-in (Google, Facebook, or Apple) | On our login server |
Anything about your actual health readings stays on your phone. We only keep what's needed to let you sign in.
You can save a copy of your data to your own Google Drive. Only you can see it. We can't open your Drive. You can turn this on or off any time inside the app.
If you connect with a family member, only what you choose to share is sent to them. No one else can see your data.
When you use the camera (to scan a BP machine or do exercises), everything is processed on your phone. No photos or videos are sent anywhere.
The app has an optional Face Yoga feature that guides facial muscle exercises (smile, brow lift, lip pucker, jaw open, eye squint, cheek lift). It uses Google's open-source MediaPipe FaceLandmarker model, which runs entirely on your phone. Here is exactly what happens:
You sign in with your Google, Facebook, or Apple account. You don't need to make a new password. We never see your password. We just get your name and email so we can know it's you next time.
What we collect:
To run the login and send your reminders, we use a small number of trusted services. They cannot read your health readings.
This app is intended for adults monitoring their own and their family's health. It is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has used the app, please contact us so we can delete the account.
If we update this policy in a way that affects how your data is handled, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, let you know inside the app.
Got a question, found a bug, or have an idea? Email us at famhealthapps@gmail.com, or use the feedback form inside the app (Profile → App Info → Contact).
